Studio Home: sizes, specs and the local permit lines
Studio Home, the company formerly called Studio Shed, sells panelized kits. The Signature series has a single-slope roof and runs from 8 x 10 ft to 12 x 20 ft. The Portland series has a gable roof and runs from 8 x 12 ft to 16 x 16 ft. A finished installation includes insulation in the walls and roof and an electrical package, per the maker's FAQ; the R-value and outlet count are not published.

What the size line does not settle
The maker's FAQ notes that 10 x 12 ft or smaller is its most popular size for builds without a permit, and that heating or cooling will likely require a permit for the whole structure. Its list of questions for the building department is linked from this site's question page.
